Kids&Us Villaviciosa de Odón is looking for an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join our teaching team for the upcoming academic year.
The position is part-time, Monday to Thursday in the afternoon, with a weekly workload of approximately 12.5 to 15.5 hours, depending on the position and groups assigned. The specific timetable will be agreed based on the needs of the groups and the candidate's availability. Salary will be discussed and determined during the interview process.
As an English Teacher at Kids&Us, you will be responsible for delivering our methodology in a dynamic, engaging and motivating learning environment. You will teach English entirely in English, following our teaching materials and lesson plans, while adapting your approach to the age, level and needs of each group.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering English lessons following the Kids&Us methodology.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
- Encouraging students to participate actively and enjoy the learning process.
- Using English as the main language of communication throughout the lessons.
- Monitoring students' progress and supporting their learning development.
- Working closely with the academic coordination team.
- Participating in centre activities and events when required.
- Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with students and the Kids&Us team.
Minimum requirements
- Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday in the afternoon.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational environment is valued.
- Studies related to Education, English Language Teaching, Languages or similar are valued.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
